We zijn verheugd over de samenwerking van Bosnië en Herzegovina met het ICTY en de manier waarop het land de zaken heeft behandeld die het ICTY heeft doorverwezen voor lokale rechtspleging. We welcome Bosnia and Herzegovina's cooperation with the ICTY and its handling of cases transferred by the Tribunal to local jurisdiction. Indien mensen de strafwet overtreden dan dient dat feit eventueel behandeld te worden via hun nationale rechtspleging, maar dat mag niets te maken hebben met hun godsdienstige overtuiging. If people break the criminal law they should be dealt with through their national jurisdictions as appropriate, but this should have nothing to do with their religious convictions.
