In the world of physics, only the universe can expand infinitely. In de natuurkunde kan alleen het heelal oneindig groter worden. Nonetheless I believe that Europe’s record on this is exemplary and second to none in the whole of the universe. Desalniettemin ben ik van mening dat de staat van dienst van Europa op dit punt voorbeeldig is en voor niemand in het heelal onderdoet. We need, in the ancient and mediaeval tradition of Europe, to go back to the natural order of the universe, i.e. to the Creation, and beyond that still further, to the Creator' s intention. Met onze eeuwenoude en middeleeuwse Europese traditie zouden wij terug moeten naar de natuurlijke orde van het heelal, de Schepping, en de plannen van onze Schepper.
cosmosCompared to conquering the cosmos, scant attention has been paid to the ocean depths which measure only a few kilometres. Vergeleken met de verovering van het heelal, is er nauwelijks aandacht besteed aan de diepten van de oceaan, die niet meer dan een paar kilometer bedragen.
